James has a great deal of experience in biodiversity management and ecological services. A full member of IEEM, he has been involved with managing the landscape for biodiversity enhancement for over 5 years.
Working with both Heathrow and Gatwick Airport to deliver effective biodiversity management he has also developed a good understanding of how to work within the industry while ensuring protection of the natural environment.
James has played a part in Heathrow Airport's success of achieving and retaining the Wildlife Trust's Biodiversity Benchmark Award. He has additional experience in contract management, grounds maintenance and airfield habitat management.
Paul is responsible for the Airfield Habitat Management side of the business.
He has over 30 years' experience working in the Horticultural industry.
Paul began his horticultural career at Norwood Hall Institute of Horticulture and qualified with a distinction in Amenity Horticulture. He went on to work on for 'Great Gardens of England', as Nursery Manager for the Duke of Northumberland estate at Syon Park, Brentford.
Over the past 17 years he has gained extensive knowledge on Airfield Habitat Management working for BAA as Group Landscape Manager at Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted and Southampton.
His skills cover Airfield Habitat Management, Contract Management, Project Management, Landscape Construction and Environmental Solutions.
